IEA BioenergyTechnology Collaboration Programme

About this concept

Clearview built this concept for the IEA Bioenergy website tender, after shortlisting. It is not the IEA Bioenergy website, and it is not the final design.

What it shows

  • A new design developed from IEA Bioenergy’s existing identity: the logo’s blue, greens and sun orange, a clear typographic hierarchy, and templates that meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • A real migration, not a mock-up. All 36 pages in the current main menu were moved by script, with the method and checks shown in the migration report. The same pipeline runs on all nineteen sites in the project.
  • A working publication search over 1,019 records, the central site’s whole archive.

What it isn’t

  • It isn’t the information architecture we would deliver. The menu here is the current one, kept so the migration can be compared page by page. The three-theme structure in our proposal comes out of discovery with the Communications Team and ETA Florence.
  • It isn’t a platform recommendation. It runs on Nanopage, a site platform Clearview is involved in building, because that is the fastest way to show something real. The production site is built on the platform IEA Bioenergy chooses.
  • Individual publications, events and Task sites are not migrated in this concept. Their links open the current site.

Housekeeping

The concept is unlisted and not indexed, sets no cookies, and its forms send nothing. The demonstration host counts visits with a cookieless counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics); the site itself loads nothing from anyone else. Content, names and the logo belong to IEA Bioenergy and are used only to show the design. We will take it down whenever IEA Bioenergy asks.
